While many organizations struggle with the skills gap challenge, Remedy has a program that invests in our Associates. The Better WorkLife Academy provides free access to 21 online courses through Penn Foster.
The self-paced courses cover a variety of in-demand skills and help Associates qualify for better-paying positions. This, in turn, helps client companies by expanding the pool of skilled workers.
The program also helps Remedy franchisees retain hard-working, growth-motivated Associates who are eager to take advantage of free learning opportunities.
In August, we celebrated the second anniversary of the academy, and our parent company EmployBridge announced that the Better WorkLife Academy had reached a milestone enrollment of 25,000 workers.
