There were nearly a hundred people honored at our recent Annual Franchise Conference as we handed out awards to recognize the many outstanding achievements. Two of our key support staff members, Deanna Miranda and Pam Lafferty, were recognized for their 25 years of service, and they were given their awards to thunderous applause. Our franchisee support in general is worth a standing ovation.
