From the day you make the decision to be a Remedy franchisee, you will begin receiving our
full support. You'll become part of our team, benefiting from all our efforts to ensure your
success during the transition to self-employment.
Remedy's educational program begins with a pre-opening course, where new franchisees
complete extensive, mandatory web-based training through our Learning Center. Topics cover
all aspects of the Applicant Process, Operations, and Sales, serving as a foundation for the
hands-on training that is later provided as part of our step-by-step process at the office location.
Once you're back in the field as an owner, our complete support program assists new franchisees
as they grow their business. During the first several weeks after opening, Remedy colleagues who
are experts in Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing visit the office to train and ensure
that the franchisee is well-versed in the franchise systems and processes. Regular visits continue
during the term of the agreement, in addition to regional meetings and webinars.
In addition, the
Training & Development Department at our Corporate office offers multiple resources
training to support your business—from live web classes and on-demand web learning
and on-the-job reference tools.
